For a workout like you have never known before, come in and feel the spirit at our Lakewood Ranch Orangetheory studio in Bradenton, Florida. Whether you have never stepped in a gym before or are a fitness enthusiast already, the high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions at Orangetheory Fitness are for you because they’re designed for all fitness levels.
Our 60-minute heart-rate monitored training sessions are intense intervals of cardio and strength training in which our top-level personal trainers will lead you through a workout using treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, TRX suspension training and free weights.
During the Orange 60-minute group workout, you will perform multiple intervals designed to yield 12 to 20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your max heart rate. This will produce what we call the Orange Effect, which is increased energy and metabolism for 24 to 36 hours after your workout. Whether you have a performance based goal such as increasing your speed, endurance, strength or have a weight loss goal Orangetheory Fitness is the right gym for you.
Passion and commitment are the number one characteristics in all Orangetheory personal trainers. Our highly experienced trainers are committed to your individual progress and will ensure that you get what you are looking for out of the Orangetheory program.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
